This cozy Upper Peninsula cabin feels like stepping back to a simpler time — the perfect place to relax after exploring waterfalls, beaches, and trails near Munising and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore (just 10 miles away).
Spend your days kayaking or fishing from the private dock, riding nearby ATV and snowmobile trails, biking scenic back roads, or visiting the many waterfalls of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Lake Superior beaches are less than a mile down the road.
In the evening, unwind around your private fire pit roasting marshmallows under the stars or enjoy dinner on the outdoor deck.

Great location right on the river. Plenty of fish and crystal clear water perfect for a swim. It was peaceful and cozy. Kayak rentals on site were a highlight of our trip. We could have spent our whole vacation out on the river. The property is close to so many great places to visit. We will be coming back as soon as possible.

The outside was very relaxing, serene. The inside looked nice, a little dark and it had an odor and mouse droppings in cupboards and dresser which turned me off. We left a day early

Perfect location over looking river

We loved our stay at this cabin for a girls getaway. The cabin is right on the river and is so peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space is amazing with plenty of room for a hammock, sitting by the fire and over looking the river. We even saw the northern lights during our stay! The location is perfect within the small town of Au Train, very close to the lake, waterfalls, hiking and kayaking. The space was great for the two of us. The owners are very helpful and responsive during our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!
