With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 1407 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The drawers with silverware were dirty. The cabinets with dishes were dirty. Very few kitchen amenities. Definitely take your own everything

Boardwalk condominiums

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo at the boardwalk! We were on the 14th floor and had an amazing view of the ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. All the staff around was very helpful if needed and I love the 24 hr security guard service. Everyone provided good service if needed. There was a little bar and grill beside the pool that was on the property and it was wonderful as well. Also a little corner store if you wanted a quick snack or a yummy pizza. The condominium was in the perfect location. 2 minute drive to pineapple Willys, 4 minute drive to Walmart and a gas station. Several places to eat close by. 5 minutes from places like wonderworks and mini golf. 20 minutes from pier park to do some fishing and shopping! All in all we had a wonderful time at PCB for our vacation. The first couple days the water in the ocean wasn’t that clear but it ended up clearing up the rest of the week and was perfect, the beach wasn’t extremely packed either so that was a plus! Only thing I would have changed about our condo is the dish washer, it’s a little old and u was nervous to use it but it still works great and got the dishes clean! We will definitely be back to stay at the boardwalk!!

Great condo on the beach

Our condo was very nice and we loved the balcony overlooking the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we loved the easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend to other families! Only draw back was not a lot in walking distance but didn’t ruin our vacation by any means.

Family weekend

Our stay was fine! The staff was wonderful and helpful and great with the kids! The beach is beautiful and was perfect the kids had a blast. The room was okay, “couch/pull out bed” probably needs updating it’s rough so if your counting on that for a bed probably should just bring a blow up bed! The shower is kinda small and it’s also like if you have a watering hose with a sprayer the shower comes out just like if you would put the settings on flood that’s kinda how the water comes out.. just tips to keep in mind the place was overall good for the family! PCB was perfect!

Very nice stay. Excellent view and just as the pictures shown . Look forward to coming back.

Check in process was ok. We checked in after hours and had trouble finding where to check in at. It should say right next door instead of across the street, but once found everything was great. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa so can’t really give any comments on that but the rooms were clean. The only thing I saw was the sprayer at the kitchen sink had mildew all in the hose. All in all I would have no problem with staying again. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family for a much needed vacation.

Our room was perfect! It was exactly like the photos. The location was also great! Condo is right on the beach, close to a grocery store and restaurants. Family friendly atmosphere. We hope to be back soon!

The had us wait over 2 hours to get to our room after we called numerous times. Our balcony wasn't accessible and the pull out matrsss was covered in mold so we had do share 2 people to twin bunk bed for 2 days before someone would bring us a mattress cover

Beautiful views of the gulf and gorgeous sunsets!

The condo needs a little maintenance done the drains both in the bathtub as well as bathroom sink we’re broken and got backed up. The living room sofa bed needs to be thrown away the bottom of the mattress was rather disturbing it was filthy and what looked like a little moldy. Not to mention it was awfully uncomfortable just seemed very aged and worn down. Other than those two things the room was nice had all the amenities and appliances you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Overall trip was a blast but i would certainly encourage the owner of this unit to do some upkeep on the condo and it would make for a lot nicer stay.

Excellent Retreat

Boardwalk is a great place to stay - close to everything but not too crowded. One bedroom condo was all we needed. Also includes bunk beds built into the hallway if you have kids. Only one bathroom and only one mirror. No rugs, so the tile floor gets a little sandy, but really a very nice condo otherwise.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Clean, well decorated, cozy, and with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and beach. This is the perfect condo for a couple or even a small family as it has additional built in bunk beds in the hallway. The boardwalk bar a grill which is located right beside the pool has good food and drinks and was very convenient. We will definitely be back!
