Capitola Fun!

Excellent location. Property managers were extremely helpful. Fun and clean game room. Loft was perfect for my family and children. We would stay here again!

Amazing home

Beautiful home to stay this pass weekend. Stores and restaurants was so easy to walk there you didn't need to drive and park. Beach was amazing. I recommend to anyone who stay at this place you won’t regret it. Owner was friendly.

We have been going to Capitola annually for at least 30 years and have stayed at several different rentals throughout the village. This rates as one of the best as far as we’re concerned. Clean, well-equipped, bright and cheery decor as well as very comfortable beds! Plus - and this is a big one, enough parking for 2 cars! There is also a nice game room off the garage that would be fun for younger people. It was cold and rainy when we stayed over the New Year’s holiday, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the large deck off the living room, but maybe next time! The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions, concerns I had when we first arrived - which I was very impressed by. I also need to mention that this property is in the best location I’ve ever stayed at! It is right in the heart of the village - no driving necessary! Shops, restaurants and the beach are just steps away! I can’t wait to go back! Melissa M.
