Manny and his wife are excellent host. Very responsive. The apartment is well maintained. The property is beautiful and manicured. Location is really great. You are very close to beaches on the Long Island Sound and Great Pelican Bay. Very good rental for small families.

The apartment was lovely. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Manny & Amal are excellent hosts and provided lots of incidentals to make us feel at home. The landscaping is beautiful and so calming and peaceful as well. The local beach and sunsets were great! Lots to do in the area with wineries, breweries, parks, and restaurants. We will definitely return in the future.

Great Location & Hospitality

Excellent location for exploring the North Fork. Short drives to all the best places and access to 2 private beaches. Manny and Amal are very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in Mattituck. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and given the extreme heat of this week we were all very thankful for the great air conditioning. The location of the unit is also fantastic.

Great hosts in North Fork

We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time.

Sisters weekend

This property was perfect for our weekend. Walking distance to the beach was the best part. Manny and Amal were excellent hosts and very helpful with recommendations in the area. Hope to visit again!

Manny and Amahl were absolutely fantastic hosts: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The property is centrally located - just a short drive into town - and the beach is an easy walk. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old.

Manny was very friendly and welcoming. He met us in the driveway and took us on a tour of the apartment and went over FAQ. There was a bottle of local wine waiting for us as well. The location was perfect and very close to beach. Would stay again.

We had a terrific time and the location was terrific! This property is extremely clean and comfortable and the owners are friendly, hospitable and great resources about the neighborhood. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with Manny. Hospitality and lodging were incredible. It was an easy drive to restaurants, wineries and shops. We were all over the North and South Forks and this was a great home base. I can’t say enough great things about how friendly and kind Manny was to us. We would love to come back and stay here! 5 stars!

Great Stay!!

Manny and Amal were amazing hosts. They were gracious and helpful throughout the booking and check in process. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to all the area attractions. Everything was clean and spacious Manny gave us great recommendations and was even able to get us weekend passes to a family farm. It was a wonderful family getaway!

Really Great!

This is a wonderful place! It is very well-maintained (the landscaping is excellent) and has a great location. Just a few minutes (walking) to the town beach and within a mile or so of Sound Ave. Great "base" for exploring the area! All the comforts of home at a very reasonable rate. Manny and Amal are very nice hosts! Highly recommend this place.

Weekend getaway

My grandfather came to Mattituck in the early 1950's to retire. As a child I have fond memories of spending summers here, fishing with my grandfather, going to the beach and playing ball with my summer friends. Each year we would reacquaint and to this day many of us are still coming out in the summer. In 2007 I retired with my wife and began the process of building this home as my year round residence.
