This newly renovated and charming home is tucked away in a private & peaceful setting just minutes from Douglas & Oval Beach. With a short five-minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Offering three spacious bedrooms & bathrooms this home is perfect for large families or a group of good friends. The main level of the home features a master bedroom with king bed & en suite bathroom, an open concept kitchen/dining room that is perfect for sharing meals together and a cozy family room with attached screened-in porch. The second level offers a loft-style living room ideal for playing games or curling up with a good book. This level also features two additional bedrooms; one with a king bed & the other with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. The outside of this home is not to be missed either–the picturesque backyard has a large deck with gas grill as well as a relaxing fire pit area. This home is certain to be a place to make lasting memories with friends & family!

Family vacation at Blueberry Hill

Blueberry Hill was an amazing stay! The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We were so grateful for the beach chairs and beach towels that were available to us. We loved the location of the house too. The neighbors were very friendly too.

We stayed here for a girls weekend, and the property was very clean. There were plenty of beds, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. We also appreciated the binder of recommendations of things to do in the area provided for us.

Amazing family retreat!

We've been renting in Saugatuck for over 20 years. Blueberry Hill is out favorite. Fantastic location with beautiful large wooded lot. The home is clean, updated and spacious. We had a combination of adults and teenagers, and the floor-plan is perfect for some privacy, as well as entertaining. It's an ideal property for large family, or multi-family vacations. Also, can't fail to mention the proximity to Oval Beach and the Mt. Baldy steps. A truly fantastic vacation home!
