During your visit, Oahu was impacted by an unusual severe storm that caused a temporary power outage across multiple areas, including hotels and residential buildings. Fortunately, service was restored shortly after. Regarding the hot water, the building’s central system can occasionally fluctuate during peak usage times, but it typically resolves quickly, as it did in your case. While these situations were outside of my control, I truly appreciate your understanding and am always available to assist guests whenever anything arises. During your stay (11/28–12/1), we reached out to check on both your check-in and overall experience, but we did not receive any response or notice of these concerns at that time. Had we been informed, we would have been more than happy to address them promptly, including inspecting the bed and providing additional support if needed. We regularly clean and maintain the unit and will review your comments carefully to ensure everything continues to meet our standards.
