Our family was in town for a wedding and this home was perfectly located. Close to the shops for last minute pick ups and all the venues. The house has a sitting room upstairs as well as one down stairs and of course the lanai with the sound of the lovely pool water made it perfect for our large family to spread out.

Beautiful Home and Perfect location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very spacious. The location was perfect (close to the airport, Disney, and local restaurants). The owner was very responsive which we considered the "cherry on top". Don't wait. Book your stay today! You wont be disappointed. We plan to stay again when we return to Orlando.

Loved this house

Our adult family of 9 stayed her the night before we left on our cruise. It was close to the airport (we landed at 8pm) and about a 30 minute ride to the port. Plenty of space for us to eat dinner, lounge, sleep and get ready the next day. Perfect layout for adult couples. The host communication was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Not quite what I expected

Unfortunately, this property wasn't up to my expectations. Upon arrival, there was a Christmas tree in the entrance area. A little strange to say the least. But I wish that was the only issue. Handle on sliding patio door was broken. Fridge was dirty with visible spill that has not been cleaned on glass shelf. (needs to be removed to clean) ice & water did not work on fridge. I had to go purchase water bottles. The worst part was the clogged drain on bathroom upstairs. We rented an advertised 4 bath house but only used 3 baths because it was gross to shower in standing water. I communicated these issues to the host, but instead of offering to fix anything or provide credit, I simply received a reply "sorry for the inconvenience" It has become increasingly more frustrating renting homes on VRBO when no one is held accountable for the condition of their property. VRBO needs to take some ownership and demand that credits be issued to renters. If we create damage, we are held liable. But what about our rights when a property does not meet minimum standards?
