The house was just like photos. It was clean and enough space. We really enjoyed the private pool and spa. It was a clean resort and the water slides was a nice added bonus.

Beautiful house and property! Communication was difficult as the phone number provided for text messages never answered and calls went to a call center rather than someone on property. Our pool heat was not turned on when we arrived then stopped working, so we did not get to use it as much as we would have liked. Had to ask 4 times to get poker chips to use the game table which was also annoying. Overall we loved the house and property, but customer service was lacking.

We had a great experience at the villa. The house was roomy and accommodated all 7 of us. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. We had some trouble getting the hot tub/pool spa to heat up. We called and they agreed to turn the heat setting up. It still took another day for it to be comfortably warm, so we were only able to use it one evening during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this villa! It was a great location-Very close to Universal and conveniently located near airport.
