The two-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home features a split floor plan, a covered parking area, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
An additional room with a queen bed and a hallway bathroom is located at the end of the house.
The living room has two sleeper couches, accommodating up to six guests.
Nearby attractions include Seven sister springs, The crack an amazing paddle, your a 10 min drive to Homosassa river, Crystal river, Weeki Wachee springs, McDonald's, Publix, and Subway, etc.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to curb no matter what day trash day is upon departure.
Please make sure all dishes are washed and drying. Please make sure to lock shed after starting load of towels and please put shed key back where you found it.
Please start a load of all used towels including kitchen. Please text Regine when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If a paddle board or kayak is used please clean before leaving, I will provide what's needed for the clean :), if not cleaned I will add a $50 fee.
All trash must be in the trashcans and bagged, must use correct cell phone to communicate with!

Great time

Loved the boat house...also great neighbors....great for vacation and fishing. I've been coming to the river at the chassahowitzka river lodge sense I was a kid and the river lodge has gotten away from the fishing community...really loved the set up .host was a text away and really enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure

Great place..

My fiancé, daughter, her fiancé.. and my two youngest boys came to stay for a few days over the July 4th weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Regine is great with communication and responds quickly! Nice little area to relax, and enjoy time away from reality! :)

Family River Weekend

I booked the place for a 3 day weekend to spend time with my 2 grown sons. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our family Kayaking, grilling out, and watching movies together. Thank you so much for the use of the Kayaks. We really enjoyed ourselves! You place had everything we need and we will visit again!

This home felt so welcoming, with relaxing bonfires at night to the simple but adorable and homey decor. You really feel like you’ve lived on the river your whole life kayaking and fishing staying here at this home. Pet and family friendly, our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the evening under the shelter of the dock and I enjoyed some wine and the sunset in the hammock after bed time. It was a wonderful experience and my family will definitely be returning to this home, it’s our new home away from home!
