Charming Mason Creek 3/2 Waterfront home on deep-water canal leading out to the Homosassa River. The home offers amazing views and is perfect for scalloping, fishing, kayaking, manatee viewing and pretty much anything you can do in the water! It is common for Dolphins, Manatees and Mullet to swim by the dock. Fish or just relax out by the dock. Boat dock can hold up to two mid-size boats if tied together side by side.
Features: New modern kitchen, Porcelain wood inspired flooring throughout. Great room /Split bedroom plan, the master bedroom has new king size bed, walk-in closet and a full master bath. the second bedroom has a queen size bed with window to water views. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and a single bed. Large 2 car garage and drive way. Large property with plenty of room to park your boat trailer. This dog-friendly waterfront home is centrally located on a quiet road. Nearby are many restaurants and public boat ramp just a short drive way or just take the boat for a 5 to 10-minute boat ride to the freezer restaurant and Macrae’s the shed.
Recreational amenities include 2 kayaks, fishing poles, board games, 55-inch smart TV, cable, internet Wi-Fi, and a propane gas grill.

This is a great place and we really enjoy staying there. The area is so quiet, love sitting on the dock or in the screen porch. It was nice to have the indoor fireplace when it got cold outside. We look forward to coming again!!

We had 4 adults for a 4-day golf outing at World Woods Golf Resort. House was an easy 20 minute drive away. We loved having the house right on the water, a beautiful way to start - and end the day.
