This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect property for a weekend get-away or month-to-month rental. Enjoy breathtaking view of Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball, a prime location when attending any K-State sporting event. Walking distance to Via Christi Hospital and easy access to Seth Childs and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Just minutes from NBAF (National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility) and the college campus.

While staying at the property you will have access to a fitness room, playground, and in the warmer months, the pool which has grilling stations. There is a onsite laundry room as well as a 2-1 machine in the unit.
