A fully furnished house offers a peaceful and private setting with two bedrooms, office with sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Living room with wood fireplace furnished with brand new living room set.

The convertible office can be the third bedroom. With high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a dedicated work area is the ideal spot for getting work done and feeling at ease during your travels. Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham that offers restaurants, entertainment, DPAC and Durham Bulls Park and just 15 minutes away from Southpoint Mall and RDU airport. Duke Hospital is 15 minutes away and UNC Hospital Chapel Hill is less than a 30-minute drive. We would love to welcome you to this convenient location.

Arrived at the home and saw multiple roaches and a waterbug. Quick found a nearby hotel and left. Complete waste of money!!! A refund would be great. Pictures are available of needed.

House was checked the next day and found a dead water bug in the living room and a dead roach in the kitchen. The house and beds are sprayed after every guest visit. It had been 5 days since the last guests and we were having a bit of rain. We have always had positive reviews on any guest stay on any platform and never anything about bugs.

This house was a perfect location for our stay; just down the street from my son's house. The Publix grocery store is nearby. The house is centrally located between both Durham and Raleigh.Small issue with level of cleaning, unwashed pillowcase on one bed.
