BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

It was perfect distance from the beach and a good walking distance from a pizza place and an ice cream shop. The condo itself was very nice, perfect for my group of four. The balcony had perfect seating for morning coffee, watching the sunrise and the windows in the master bedroom were great for listening to the ocean. Definitely will be coming back!!

Second Stay Here
Second year in a row staying at this nice place on a quiet part of Gulf Shores. But still close to great places to eat and drink. We loved all of the great places were open mid January so we were able to walk in get a table or seat and not have to wait. We also love the low rise condo because it alleviates dealing with parking garages and elevator hassles. Plus, Tropical Winds is a quiet building with friendly folks. Can't wait to come back!

I had a hot water issue. It took 13 days to resolve. I still feel that it was hard to manage the temperature. I am staying again because I love the place and the people staying there. There is also a cold air and from the sliding glass door. I hope they both problems totally solved when I return. Beachball was very helpful.
This was our first vacation as a blended family. The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. New appliances and updated furniture, and supplied with all the kitchen utensils you would need. The balcony gave breathtaking views. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we first got there but it was promptly taken care. The manager responds quickly to any questions. We’ll be back to this same unit again! Thank you

Not for us
We've stayed at this property before and liked it but the owner solder the condo we usually stayed in. We found this one and booked it. Not overhwelmed by the condo. Not in bad shape but kinda like a worn out shoe. Would be a great place for people with kids but for three more mature woman, well we're just used to better. Maybe it's just us and we're spoilt that way but that's the truth.

Gulf Shores Has Evolved
I hadn't been through Gulf Shores in 15 years. Going in the middle of January meant a limited number of shops, restaurants and bars would be open but January is the best month to score raw oysters so I left N. Arkansas.
This beach town has grown up! Every shop, restaurant and bar was not only open but thriving. The weather was terrific for 3 of the 5 days, good for one day and the last day it was rough. Better than I expected for mid January.
The condo was perfect. Location is near all the action but, still far enough to give a peaceful atmosphere from the beach to the highway. By being a mid rise building the hassles of parking garages, crowded elevators and loud outside noise was non existent.
We will return!
