Tropical Winds 601 3 bd 3bth gulf-front coastal decor

Totally renovated this year (2022). Tropical Winds 601 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom corner unit with approximately 1300 sq ft located on the 6th floor. The condo was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019 including all new flooring, a custom kitchen, and all new furnishings. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table with seating for 6 and two additional bar stools. King, king, two twins, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8. Saturday to Saturday only during the Summer and Peak seasons.

Tropical Winds is located approximately 1 mile west of Highway 59. The property has an outdoor pool, a small fitness center, a BBQ grilling area, and a meeting room. 2 car limit. **Monthly stays pay for parking each month** Minimum 25-year age limit to rent.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
