This spacious 3 story, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse allows for families to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are on the first and third floors allowing the second floor to be dedicated to the living, dining, kitchen as well as a powder room. There are 4 decks to enjoy with front and rear decks on the second and third floors. First floor has three bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 full beds and a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The living room is located on the second floor with a new kitchen and center island with seating for 4. There is also a deck off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king the other a queen, full bath with walk in shower, and two separate decks. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, storage shed, outside shower and large fenced in back yard. Owner provides 8 beach tags, beach cart, umbrella and 4 beach chairs. Walking distance to everything, beach, dining, recreation, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground and a bay front promenade that offers crabbing, fishing and gorgeous sunsets. 12 x 20 pool with sun shelf. Sorry, no pets.
