As you enter the front door, there are bedrooms on either side of the foyer with a shared full hall bath and a laundry closet with a full size washer/dryer. Bedroom to the left has 2 twin beds. Bedroom to the right is set up as a den with a flat screen TV, desk and a twin sofa bed. Can easily be used as a nursery.Open concept living room, dining area and kitchen all have views of the open bay. Next to the dining area is a bayfront master bedroom with ensuite bath and a walk in shower. The living room & master open up to a spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee to sunset cocktails. There is a large waterfront pool, spacious sundeck, community fitness room, gas grills, enclosed outdoor showers and a waterfront promenade. Just a short walk or bike ride to Stone Harbor’s downtown entertainment, restaurants and beaches. 2 week minimal rental. Sorry, no pets.
