We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s place. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the pool/hot tub incredible! Eric was very responsive to our questions and made a wonderful host. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful property with everything we were looking for - close to beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, pool and space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and large front porch with comfortable seating. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and house was clean upon check in. Eric was easy to communicate with and sent clear check in and check out instructions well in advance of our trip.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, perfectly situated house! The home was spotless, and everything you could ever want is within easy walking distance. The beach at 33rd Street is wide and beautiful and never crowded. The pool and hot tub were so nice to come home to at the end of a long day. Highly, highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was very clean, and the property manager responded to my messages quickly and was very helpful. Everything looked even nicer in person than in the photos. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

Great property! Close to good restaurants and 2 blocks to the shore. Host was very communicative and helped promptly fix an issue with the HVAC. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, pool area is beautiful and the home was well maintained and spotless. Would definitely return!

This was a beautiful property. Eric and his family have thought of everything you and your family could need for a summer vacation. The house was spotless clean and perfectly located! The hot tub was very relaxing and the plunge pool was nice. If you cannot relax and enjoy yourself here, there is something wrong. You have all the comforrs of home---and you're at the beach!
