Why they chose this property
It's so close to Notre Dame! You can pre-game at the house and walk to the game. Or if you are not in town for a game, it's centrally located to the major parts of town that you would want access to.
What makes this property unique
🏡 **ENTRY**
The entry is in the back of the house near the hot tub. The entry has 2 steps to the door.
**KITCHEN**
Upon entry, you will find the beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinet space and a large island. The updated quartz countertops really pop on the navy blue cabinets.
Note: please do not put anything hot 🔥 on the countertops. Quartz countertops are not built for heat.
**DINING ROOM**
To the right of the kitchen, you will find the large dining room with a 10-person dining table. This sits directly in front of the beautifully designed fireplace that is covered with stone for a very classy feel.
**LIVING ROOM**
In the living room (located behind the Kitchen, you will find a large L-Shaped sleeper sofa. This can be converted to a bed if needed to fit your large party.
**BATHROOM 1**
As you enter the hallway, to the left you will find the guest bathroom. This is a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a dual sink vanity.
**BEDROOM 1**
Directly across the hallway from the bathroom is the first guest bedroom. This bedroom has a full-sized closet and a queen-sized bed.
**BEDROOM 2**
At the back right corner of the hallway, you will find the second guest bedroom. This bedroom has double closets and a queen-sized bed.
**BEDROOM 3 - MASTER**
At the back left corner of the hallway, you will find the upstairs master bedroom. This bedroom has a full-sized closet, a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a beautiful open shower.
**DRIVEWAY and GARAGE**
You can easily fit 4-5 cars in the driveway and another 2 cars in the garage. Due to the house being on a main road, we would not recommend parking on the street
BACKYARD 🌳
**HOT TUB**
At the end of the driveway is a pergola with a 6-person hot tub. The pergola gives full privacy with optional privacy screens. There is also a fence between you and the neighbor.
**FIRE PIT**
This is a spacious rock fire pit area (20x15 ft) with 4 comfortable chairs and a propane powered fire pit.
