Everything was as advertised, and the property was easy to access from campus. While you could walk to campus, the walk is probably not for everyone.

Great Place to stay that is clean and super-convenient to Notre-Dame University. We did not use the fire pit, but the back yard and patio were inviting huge. Easy in and out driving from this little neighborhood. The host is responsive and friendly. And the linen closet holds a lot of little items you may have forgotten. A spritz of hair spray saved the day!!!

This was perfect for our stay, cozy and comfortable. It was just what we needed. Loved that it was clean and spacious. They had amenities in case things were forgotten and it felt like home. Definitely a great place to enjoy your time in South Bend

We had an amazing stay. Chip allowed us to check in a bit early. Everything was clean and ready to go. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house is close to campus. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute cottage-type home which is clean and well equipped to make it feel like a very nice home away from home. The owner was extremely responsive and let us know he lived close by in case we needed anything. The home is close to ND and very conveniently located to main roads and businesses. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and even games and books. Lots of little touches!

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s over the course of the past 2 to 3 years. And this is near the top. If not the top.! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Cozy, comfortable, well appointed, absolutely fantastic. I would call it a hidden gem. However, it won’t be hidden very long because it’s absolutely great. We had a wonderful time. The campus is very close and beautiful. Spent the day walking throughout. Loved every second can’t say enough about the hosts. You will thoroughly enjoy yourself by staying here thanks again all the best.
