2 blocks from the famous seaside heights beach, boardwalk, arcades, restaurants, and bars.
*21 steps above the ground level
*Minimum age of 25 required for booking with photo ID verification.

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book with photo ID verification
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact same day
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- No moving any furniture for your safety, including outdoor furniture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This property requires 21 steps to the main entrance with a total of 2-3 sets of stairs to reach the bedrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Please do not move any furniture, especially on balconies and decks. Please make sure furniture remains away from edge/fence on balconies and deck for the safety of young children.
Please turn off firepit when not in use.

Parking is available for two vehicles per unit in the designated space - unit A (tropical oasis) or B (seaside getaway)

Perfect beach getaway!

This property exceeded all expectations. Check in was a breeze; the owner communicated all instructions and made it clear he was easily reachable at all times. All the rooms were extremely clean, the kitchen was in perfect condition. 3 separate balconies to enjoy the beautiful weather! Master suite was a joy to stay in, the bathroom was enormous. 10/10 would recommend this property to everyone!

Rocky and Henna have created such a wonderful getaway by the beach! The home is beautiful, and they thought of every detail to make their guests’ stay comfortable. We stayed with infants, and the pack-and-play and high chair was very helpful. Henna’s eye for decor made it a fun and festive backdrop. Rocky was a very involved host, and his convenience store downstairs came in very handy. Our group kept remarking on how this is the most well-stocked and thoughtfully designed house rental we’ve ever stayed at. Thanks so much to them both!

Amazing Memorial Day Weekend escape

This property was absolutely gorgeous! There’s ample parking and it’s in the center of all the exciting stuff within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. The house has everything you need ! Sheets towels pillows etc . He even gave us a welcome bottle of wine . What a classy touch! We’ve already decided to book this for next year we loved it so much !

Truly An Oasis in Seaside Heights

If you set on staying in Seaside Heights, and are looking for a short walk to the beach, the amusement park, and want to stay in a super clean and comfortable setting, then the Oasis is for you! Rocky, the owner has two properties that are in pristine condition and exactly as they appear on the Vrbo site. Need something, Rocky was there to help. He pointed out spots where we could park for free for our additional guests. My family and I had a great stay at the Oasis!

Great Place for Family Vacation

Beautifully decorated brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bath 3 level townhome a short walk to Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Included a balcony on every level, 2 covered parking spaces and beach passes. Master suite on top floor is amazing! Wonderful, responsive host who even provided high chair and portable crib for our grandson. If you need to accommodate a large family and want to do it in style, this is a great choice. Owner asks for a supplemental rental agreement but not at all unreasonable to work with. Highly recommended!

Black out week 2024

We spent black out week with our two 16 year olds and some of their closest friends. They like to be close to the boardwalk, which isn’t my favorite because my husband and I like quiet areas. However, this house made all the difference. It is a brand new home, decorated beautifully. The rooms are separated and the primary suite on the top level was so private and comfortable. I worked everyday remotely and the internet was perfect. If you are staying in Seaside Heights but want to feel like you are at a resort, this is your place!

3 mom's and 3 son's getaway!

We had a great stay at Glam Tropical Oasis! The host was more than accommodating, every question I asked, he answered promptly! The property was pristine! The 4 BR's were perfect for our party of 6 - lots of space for everyone to spread out. The rooftop deck and private balconies on the other 2 floors were very nice...especially for coffee in the morning. We reached out to the host prior to our arrival inquiring about a beach buggy or wagon, he said he unfortunately did not have one for the unit - but when we arrived at check in, there was a brand new beach cart just waiting for us!!! We were all very impressed! Highly recommend the property and the host! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future. **Added bonus was the deli downstairs - the Italian Mix sub was fantastic!!
