Beautiful, gigantic condo in a great location

We wondered if this rental would be worth the hefty price, and it 100% was! We had six adults and four young children. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, eat meals, play hide-n-seek, etc. The views of the ocean, gardens, and pool area were lovely.

We recently sold our waterfront property in VA and this is the first beach vacation we have taken in many years. This property was just perfect, everything is beautiful, well equipped and we cannot wait to come back!

The Condo over all was wonderful! Our only complaint was the scaffolding that we weren’t told about that was blocking the gorgeous view on both balconies. We picked this Condo because of the view. It was a real let down to walk in and see the scaffolding. We feel we should have been told about it. The Condo itself is amazing! It is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Walkable or bike-able to many restaurants, shops or other activities, including the beach!

Amazing Everything!

This property is truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The unit was immaculate, with a fabulous view. I still can't believe the kitchen. If you love to cook, absolutely every utensil is available and in new condition. The property is very well maintained. The pool is great for families, and another one for the adults who want it a bit less active. Everything you need is right there - access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having bikes to rent was a huge hit with the family. We can't say anything but great things about our stay.

Relaxing Vacation in a Beautiful Location

The property was very nice. Great views of the beach. The area offered a lot to do with my family (movies, miniature golf, restaurants). Our property manager answered all our questions and was accommodating. Overall, a very positive experience. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect place to make memories

This property was just what we were looking for when we started planning our family vacation. We have stayed in other Sea Crest condos but this was our first time in the penthouse and we will be back! There was plenty of space for both adults and kids plus the master bedroom was large enough for kids plus a pack and play. The large kitchen was awesome for cooking and hanging out. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent beach getaway

Plenty of space, clean and organized space. All bedrooms on the same floor. Kids had a blast being on the same floor. Playing with each other. Pools are clean. Access to the beach is excellent. Clean beach area. Loved the refreshing stay. We also lost a key and the vacation company was very helpful and was able to mail it us rather quickly. Will certainly stay again.

Gorgeous Property

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was in working order and super clean. So impressed with the size of the condo. We all absolutely loved it. So convenient to everything in Coligny Beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is super crowded but that’s also because of the proximity to the public access. I wish the pool and pool bars stayed open longer. The lagoon was under repair so that was disappointing, but that’s my only negative complaint! And that didn’t affect us, only took away from our otherwise perfect views.

Family Fun

Hi, we had a great stay! The unit was spacious and accommodated the eight of us very well (including a crib!). The master suite was especially outstanding. Just a couple constructive criticisms - it was difficult to maintain a cool temperature in all the bedrooms, two were very cold, one never cooled off and one was just right (sounds like the three bears!). An AC guy came right away when we called but found nothing wrong. Also, the unit was very dark at night, maybe had to do with lighting restrictions for the turtles?? If not, more overhead lighting, lamps, or even higher wattage bulbs would help. Your rental agency was great to work with and check-in went perfect! After a two-day drive, having a "starter" set of paper products and soaps was such a help! Thanks, and we hope to come back next summer!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well-stocked. The owner really thought of everything. It’s also in a great location - so much to do within walking distance. However, we did have a couple of issues during our stay and were disappointed with how the management company handled them (you work through them, not the owner of the condo). The washing machine wasn’t working so they replaced it which was great. We agreed to stay around the condo so the installation company could come in to install the new machine. The management company said they would drop off a gift card for our time. They never dropped anything off or even checked to see if the new washer had been installed. Then there was another day when we got back to the condo and the water wasn’t working at all. We had no water. We called the management company and talked to them, but never heard back. Thankfully the water came back on, but no one even called to check back in. That being said, we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It really is beautiful!

50th Birthday Weekend

Had a great time… the penthouse was perfect for our group if 8 adults. Everyone had their own room & bathroom. Plenty of seating in the living room & spacious balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed… especially liked the Keurig coffee maker!! Hope to come back next year!!
