Beautiful condo even better than the pictures. Great view. Conveniently on beach and close to anywhere in San Juan you want to go. Lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Good communication from host; overall highly recommended.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach! The unit we stayed in was really great and host got right back to us whenever we had questions. three things could be improved- the floors didn’t seem clean, so we had to wear socks or shoes while in the unit; the large fan on the balcony made it so hot we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the balcony; there weren’t enough glasses for each of us- only 3 plastic wine glasses and a few other drinking glasses.

Maria was great with communication and checking in with us. The unit is comfortable, safe and clean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute car ride to Old San Juan. Will definitely recommend.

Great location on a busy street for our family of 5. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beach was beautiful! Condo was clean and cool, kids had fun with boogie board provided. Maria was excellent and very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Our room was absolutely what we needed. We shared it with 4 other adults. They were very satisfied. Our host checked in and was readily available if I needed her. They property is very well maintained. Access to a very clean and active beach is what we got. We look forward to possibly staying there again next year with our family.

We were a party of 5, 3 teens and two parents. The unit was as described overlooking the beach and the swimming pool. It was very clean, comfortable and secure. Parking was easy with a designated space. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Perfect for our 3 day stay. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's Condo! It is super close to the beach and had a lot of available beach accessories for you to use (beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels!). The place was tidy as well.

We loved the place!! Location was really good to local food and beach! I was dissapointed with all the construction in the building that we did not know about. They had closed the elevators down at one point and they told us to use the stairs, well the stairs were blocked off.

Great condo! Loved the view. Exactly as described. Great communication by Maria. The fan/inverter on patio does get hot and it creates some noise when outside. That was only downside but it wasn’t bad at all. And it dried out swimwear quicker!! Definitely recommend this condo!!
