Absolutely fantastic experience here. Location and view was great. Host was amazing. Went out of his way to bring us another set of keys after we locked ourselves out. Definitely would stay here again. Our whole group loved it.

Nice location of property and excellent views of the ocean. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The building is clean and secure and the lobby staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed in early August and everything was great. Water restrictions was in effect however the host made sure we had buckets of water available prior to arrival. The owner was always available when we needed. Our flight arrived early and they allowed us early access. The views were amazing and right on the beach.

This host was GREAT with communication & assistance during our stay. They made sure we were taken care of during the water rationing issues that affected the entire island. We were in Puerto Rico for the Futsal tournament along with several other teammates / families who were staying at the same location but had different hosts. Jorge & Annie went above and beyond what every other host did & would most definitely book with them again. Thank you!

The view is phenomenal, the spacious apartment has been recently updated, and even more impressive is the large balcony that accommodates outdoor dining. We definitely will be coming back!

Best condo and amazing view that we’ve ever had! My daughter and her friends loved the fancy “Penthouse “. They were very glad I said no to Mexico but that I’d take them to Puerto Rico. Close enough to walk to the grocery store and restaurants which was great!

Beautiful views of the ocean. There was private access to the beach and this beach was not overcrowded. Condos are across the street from many stores and restaurants. I liked that there was easy access to Old San Juan, the airport, and the rainforest.

The property was very clean, many places to eat within walking distance and the view is amazing! The only thing that was disappointing was that the king sized bed was uncomfortable. The mattress definitely needs replacing.

We stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing! The beach is right there and the views are unmatched! We walked to so many different restaurants as well! The beach is a bit wavy but you can’t beat it being literally right out front plus there was a nice pool too!
