This house was perfect for our large size group. Everyone had room; the 3 full bathrooms were great and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. I sent Deran a few messages before our stay and he responded quickly which I greatly appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced in backyard was lovely. We had a few young kids with us and having a safe green space for them to play in was great! The house was well equipped for all our needs and very clean. We tried a few of the local restaurants and they were great. Easy to walk to as well. We will try to stay here again in the future! It’s a gem!

Perfect place for family to get together!

We took my father-in-law back "home" where most of his family lives. This house was perfect for all of us to come together, hang in the back yard, grill out, and relax.

Family Reunion

We have a family reunion every Memorial Day. The house was amazingly beautiful. It was definitely perfect for our family. We will be staying here again. The owners were awesome! Very responsive and concerned about how our stay was going.

For Marshall’s Homecoming weekend, sorority sisters booked this house for a second time. Roomy and lots of perks to this house for a stay. Owner was very accommodating.

Wonderful stay

The home was pretty perfect and the owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Plenty of parking and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. We make trips to Huntington /Barboursville annually so we will definitely re-book. I recommend this home highly.
