The house was a clean and perfect size for our families.The pool was clean and serviced in the middle of our stay so it stayed clean. The management came and put the trash out without disturbing us. The beach is quiet and uncrowded. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. Checkout was easy. Our best beach stay yet!

The house was perfect for our family of 11. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed and more. The upper deck was huge and had an expansive view of the beach/ocean. The lower deck with the pool is a great space and has plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Loved the deck furniture, which is the high end poly wood and there was plenty of it. The kitchen was well stocked and also had an ice machine in the large laundry room. The only thing I couldn’t find was an iron, and when I called they immediately brought one to us. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the rest of the furniture. The entire house was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this home.

Very nice location and home, but definitely needs a few minor little upgrades like with new kitchen trashcans and more pots and pans for cooking and new house cleaners as well. Did not like the fact that we kept having surprise guests which I was never informed they were going to stop by. One person just walks up on the back porch while we are there to clean the pool on our last full day! Which should of been done before we arrived since it was full of sand. Absolutely hated the fact that ever morning I had to wake up to Mexican music blaring into the house from the workers next door, starting at 7:45 every morning! Which I know that's not the owners fault but should definitely be some kind of rule for that, so it will not disturb people whom just paid 6,400 for 5 nights that would like to sleep in and relax. Overall very nice place!

Wonderful stay

We loved a lot about this house and its location! No condos nearby and there was a big empty lot nearby so no fighting for a spot on the beach in the mornings! This also meant the crab hunting was awesome! We caught lots of big ones! The pool was great, bigger than other places we have stayed before. Three King rooms was a big bonus for our group. Really the only downsides to the house were one king room shared a bathroom with a bunk room, it would've been nice if they each had their own. The elevator was not working while we were there, which wasn't a big deal for us but might be for some. The tv in the bunk room was not in use and a couple ceiling fans needed maintenance. All of which were brought to the attention of management and they plan to get it taken care of! The master bedroom on the main level was amazing. Big room with a bathroom that had a shower and a tub which was great for the little kids. I didn't see a stash of any beach toys/chairs like a lot of places have, but maybe it's under new ownership and they just don't have any yet. They did have some pool floaters already which was nice! The covered porch by the pool was awesome since we had a 10 month old on our trip. We could still enjoy sitting outside without worrying about him getting too much sun. The upstairs balcony was also very nice, it had a lot more room that most houses.This was over all a wonderful place to stay. With a little maintenance it'd be near perfect

Amazing house for my bachelorette party! Perfect location, comfortable beds, plenty of space, clean saltwater pool, and right on the beach! We basically had the entire beach to ourselves since it’s not close to many other properties. We kept talking about how nice and clean the house was all weekend. We are already planning our next stay here!
