Our serene lakeside retreat is the perfect getaway for relaxation. Nestled on the tranquility of Lake Lanier, where our guest can enjoy the views and high-end amenities. As you step inside you will find spacious living areas bathed with natural light and well appointed bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is vast of seating area. Outside you will find our beautiful swimming pool with an inground spa, a cabana with an outdoor Grill area and a fire pit. Walking down our property you will find our private double deck dock on the lake.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This home was beautiful. Had lots of room for our large group. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Loved that we could bring our fishing boat. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this house! It has plenty of space and plenty of activities for our large group with children of varying ages. We especially enjoyed the upper floor of the dock, the pool area, and the downstairs game room. When we had a maintenance issue, the maintenance man was very friendly, responsive, and effective.

Excellent vacation home!! The host was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose! This home was wonderfully stocked, with comfortable beds, an excellent kitchen, and so much for our family of 16 to do! Well-equipped game room as well as an amazing pool and cabana area. Giant home, so we all could spread out and not feel cramped. I would highly recommend this home and would book again!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We had such an amazing time at this house for my wedding weekend! The house was large and beautiful and we truly enjoyed being so close to the lake. The host was also so nice and helped us out whenever we had questions. I would absolutely love to stay here again (I think my parents are already planning on booking here for a weekend getaway haha)!

This property was amazing! Between the pool, spa, full basement of game tables and entertainment, and kayaks on the lake, there was fun for all ages. And the property owner made things incredibly special with personal touches - even decorating for Christmas for our family. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

This house was perfect for our big family. Everyone had something to do in the house. Whether it was swim, fishing, lake, rest, grill, games a movie or just relax in one of the decks which it had plenty of to sit, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Every Room was very spacious. Kitchen was big and plenty of tables around the house to sit and enjoy a meal. 2 fridges also! Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were clean and remodeled. The basement was insane. Super huge and spaces full of activities, games and things to do, including a theater. It also had a big bar. Plenty of parking. The host was extremely helpful and always available for any questions or anything we would need. Never have I stayed in a house with such a great host. My family and I really enjoyed this house and hope we can return in the future! Thanks so so much for everything Bianca!

Fabulous Lake House!

The house was perfect for our large group of friends to get away to for a long weekend. Easy to get to, perfect number of bedrooms, countless decks to spread out on, numerous sitting and gathering areas, and the best stocked kitchen we've seen in 20 years of renting lake houses. We loved the house and can't wait to rent it again in the future.

Family Reunion 2025

This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. The lower level was full of entertainment choices for all ages and it brought cousins together no matter their age. The kitchen was well- equipped for all levels of cooking and dining. The lake access and available water vessels were so much fun! Shade is provided on the upper deck. I can’t say enough about this excellent property and the owner. She and her husband were very attentive and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property!

Our family, spanning three generations, had an absolutely perfect stay at this lake house! It was the ideal setting for creating memories together at the lake. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game area downstairs was a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours.The abundance of seating made it easy for our group to gather for meals, conversations, or just to enjoy the lake views. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the BBQ, which was a pleasant surprise and made outdoor cooking a breeze.Blanca, the host, was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Fantastic House and Pool

The house was wonderful! It is very warm and welcoming! Plenty of room for our big crew which consist of two families each having grandparents, parents, kids and babies. The house had plenty of room, more than expected! The lower level was a fantastic entertainment area for all ages! The pool was also a great entertainment area, where we swam, barbequed, and played corn hole and threw the football. The lake was beautiful and there were plenty of activities to do! However, getting to the dock could be challenging for some. We had someone who is an avid fisherman that struggled to make the walk down and back (bad knee), it was also a lot to bring a cooler down and the smaller children. But for everyone else they loved the lake with all the activities provided. Location was good, just not many places to go on the boat.

Wonderful stay!!

What a wonderful weekend! We stayed at this beautiful home along with 3 other families for a long weekend to close out the summer. Everything was perfect! The owner is very accessible and a tremendous help. We had plenty of room to spread out. And, we LOVED being able to have so many activities to do. There was definitely something for everyone. We brought our boat and went skiing/tubing, etc. (using our own equipment) and brought poles to go fishing. But, we also took advantage of all that the owner provided including paddleboards, kayaks, ping pong, pool table, foosball, various arcade games, pinball, and of course, swimming in the beautiful pool or just hanging out around it. It was the perfect getaway to the lake! I would highly recommend! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 on the description accuracy is that it is actually bigger than implied in the posting!
