Experience a rejuvenated retreat at Kamaole Sands, ideally located just steps from the stunning Kamaole Beach III in South Kihei, Maui. Our recently refreshed rental condo is designed to provide a clean, light, and bright atmosphere, featuring a new king-size mattress, stylish furniture, plush carpeting, and essential supplies. Each booking includes all the necessities for a comfortable stay, such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap.

This two-bathroom unit offers convenience and luxury with ocean views, a beach cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a new foam pull-out mattress. Additionally, guests will appreciate the two parking spaces located close to the elevator, facilitating easy access.

**While enjoying the tropical paradise, please note that the complex is undergoing a re-piping project. Despite the presence of construction trucks and parking zones, our unit's two designated parking spots remain unaffected. Guests might hear noises from work such as jackhammering, drilling, and the use of other power tools, limited to Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Phase 1 of this project affects buildings 1-5 from April 1, 2024 through December 2, 2024. There will be a pause in work from December 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, resuming from April 1, 2025, through December 8, 2025. Material and dust debris may be visible around the complex during this time.**

The view was breathtaking while sitting on the balcony, washing dishes or just hanging out in the living room. The place was clean with plenty of towels for the beach. Having a private washer/dryer to use made it feel like home and we never wanted to leave. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely condo with great view

Condo was clean and comfortable. Good bed. Nice to have beach chairs and towels. Beach umbrella would have been a plus. Loved the bbq area. Kitchen had everything we needed. A grill pan for fish and vegetables on tubby would be a suggestion. Dishwasher needs replacing soon. Very old and interior is falling apart. Sliding screen on lanai is not working and some concern about birds coming in. Otherwise I would highly recommend this rental

Great location

The property is beautiful and close to the beach, within walking distance to some shopping and food options. Despite the busy resort and property facing the pool, it was unexpecedly quiet. The included beach chairs, towels and cooler were greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and some basic spices were included. Towels and extra bedding were in abundance. The newer washer and dryer were very nice feature, though the other appliances and electronics need some updating. Sofa bed was not usable, but the manager noted to change it. We had some issues with the extra bed and internet/cable, but the property manager did the best to address all issues ASAP.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The unit had central air conditioning which kept everyone cool during our stay. New washer and dryer, new fluffy and clean smelling beach towels, new bed mattress and carpeting. This place was nicely maintained. Any concerns were addressed immediately. Romvari was prompt in communication from booking to departure. Good location, across from Kamole 3 beach and walking distance. No issues with parking or noise from construction. Cute decor! We had an overall comfortable amd great stay. Pool was a little underwhelming but a nice amenity to have. We spent most of our time at the beaches. Mahalo! We’ll be back again!

Ungezieferprobleme im Appartment

Apartment war groß und wie beschrieben, leider weiter weg vom Strand als das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment. Die Check-in Daten erst am Abend des Check-in Tages bekommen, daher Service schlecht. Sehr viele Ungeziefer. Leider bisher auch keine Entscjädigung bezahlt.
