Completely upgraded, this spacious condo offers modern inspired furnishings with over 2,950 sq. ft of living space in a prime oceanfront community. The large open floor plan upstairs includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a master bedroom and a spacious lanai that offers breathtaking views of the Big Island's volcanic peaks.

The upstairs master bedroom offers mountain views, a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom and a 32" flat screen TV. The downstairs offers another spacious living area with a 50" flat screen TV, a kitchenette and glass sliding doors that open to a spacious lanai and lawn. The downstairs master bedroom offers a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and private access to the lanai. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and private access to the lanai.

The master bathrooms both feature a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and upgraded granite counter tops. The third bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The condo is located only steps away from the Mauna Lani Point amenity center, which offers a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and spacious BBQ pavilion.
