Wonderfully situated fully furnished 1-bedroom 1-bathroom beach front condo with breathtaking views of the sandy beach and pristine emerald water. This is your happy place for rest, relaxation, and fun in the sun! The spacious great room includes a sofa bed for extra guests and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony overlooking the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a full bath in the hall with a stand-up shower. This quiet gated community of Pinnacle Port has two pools, saunas, small workout facility, playground, grills, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, half basketball court, boat dock, approximately 26-acres of land. The Gulf of America on one side and Lake Powell on the other, located right next to Camp Helen State Park.

There are many attractions and activities, such as Bay Point Golf Club: Nicklaus Course, Dave & Buster's, Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Sunset Cruise, Island Time Sailing: Shell Island Snorkel & Sail, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Duplin Winery, Sky Wheel PCB: Combo Wheel & Golf, Wonder Works PCB, Rock-it-Lanes and Ripley's Believe It or Not, to name a few.

Everything was perfect. Clean and the kitchen was equipped with any and everything one would need, Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. Close to many good restaurants as well as close to the beach and beautiful pool.

Perfect place and size for me and my daughter for the week. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with host was superb; she contacted ahead of time about an elevator issue and offered alternate condos- I chose to stay where I was, but the heads up was much appreciated!

Great location, we loved watching the dolphins from the balcony, saw a manatee too!And, oh the sunsets !The unit is right on the water and secluded with the State Park to your right so plenty of privacy !We ate in most nights and with several seafood markets near by the meals were delicious! Grab some REDS(shrimp)! We will bookmark this location, no downside to the trip!

The condo was super clean. The room was in great condition, even though this is an older place. Looks like they might have just renovated.The hostess was great, easy to contact and quick responses. Will definitely look for this one again.

Mommy/Daughter getaway

My daughter and I love the beach and after a previously planned vacation to see family in TN had to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances I booked this condo on a whim, which I never do. I’m so happy I did. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was exactly how it appeared in the pictures and was the perfect size for the 2 of us. I will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips we make to PCB
