Amazing Stay @ Fourteen

Unit was beautiful & clean, we woke up to Mullet Bay beach every morning. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Top high-enf apartment

well furnished apartment, high quality furniture and doors, large bathroom with shower, fantastic view from the balcony. Nice and helpful support from the reception team.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!

The pricing was very fair for everything that was included, especially considering the excellent location. It was conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the airport, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for two people. It included all of the necessities we needed during our stay, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized. The property was clearly well cared for, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We appreciated the extra measures of security including around the clock security, a monitored gate to access the property, and guests only having access to their floor. Overall, this was a great value, and we would definitely stay here again. I would have loved to have wash cloths included with the linen service. Unless we missed it somewhere, it would have been nice to have a bar opened later than 6pm, by the pool. I think that was the time. We ended up having to walk somewhere for cocktails before heading to dinner.

Retour sur mon dernier séjour

Bonjour, Client fidèle de votre établissement, où je séjourne quasiment les deux semaines, j'ai toujours été satisfait de vos services. Malheureusement, mon dernier passage m'a déçu. À mon arrivée, les oreillers étaient tachés, le ménage bâclé avec poussière et cheveux au sol. Le réfrigérateur était en panne, et bien qu'on m'ait annoncé une réparation dans l'après-midi, cela n'a pas eu lieu. De plus, les disjoncteurs abaissés rendaient impossible l'éclairage des toilettes et du salon. Le lendemain matin, une mare d'eau provenant du réfrigérateur réactivée par les disjoncteurs a inondé le sol. Malgré mon absence pour la journée, les réparations n'ont eu lieu que samedi à 8h. J'ai dû attendre les techniciens, non prévenus de leur arrivée. Enfin, ils ont laissé deux bacs à légumes sur le plan de travail, ne pouvant plus rentrer dans le réfrigérateur. Je reste attaché à la qualité habituelle du Fourteen, mais cette fois-ci, le service était bien en dessous de mes attentes. Cordialement, Une meilleure gestion et communication
