Four of us had a lovely stay at Bodega breeze. House was warm, good kitchen and nice hot tub. Great walking location, cute neighborhood with funky houses and close to the beach.

Nice house, good location

Especially appreciated that the house was unscented, no perfumes or plug-ins, unscented products used on sheets and towels. The house is bright, even on a rainy day, and a nice light place to go after hiking in the dark redwood Forest all day.

We always enjoy visiting this area and staying at Magic Mountain Manor. Nice little house with all the amenities we need, and we love the view from the deck to watch the fog roll in over the hills.

Great Retreat

Amazing home with stunning views of the Russian river, forests and night sky. We were able to catch a few shooting stars at night too at this magical place. The home was perfect- clean, excellent amenities, bed was comfortable, temperature was well regulated, would highly recommend! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful magic mountain

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic mountain. Great view looking out to Russian river. The house has a cozy feel with Nice big windows allowing natural light in the house. Nice deck area that is easy to block off if you have kids. I enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone grill. Good location between Guernville and coast.

The house and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom was not stable at all.. And the curtains in all the rooms want blackout curtains and they Weren't wide enough to cover the entire windows.

Peaceful and cozy!

The property was lovely. Such a cute house, lots of natural light. It was so clean. When we got there, the house was warm already, really appreciate that! Communication with the host was easy. Jacuzzi was a nice addition to our stay. Really cute patio in the back and the views are amazing. It was so peaceful throughout the entire stay. The only few things I wish there were in the house were shower gel and coffee. There is an espresso/filter coffee machine, but we couldn't find the coffee. It would've been really nice to wake up, make coffee and sit outside to watch the sunrise. However, we drove to Jenner and found the cutest coffee shop on Russian River (Cafe Aquatica), so not having coffee in the house did not affect our stay at all. Overall, extremely pleasant experience!

Desd frog in hottub - no one to blame but prevented me from going in. Laundry room smells terrible. Storage upstairs was a little strange - so much room but nowhere to hang anything, drawers had no backs, bathroom had little place to put things. Strange to have a hottub and no beach towels. But overall great stay.

The team at Wine Country Coast To Coast were responsive and accommodating.A few issues:- The primary bed mattress didn't fit the frame so it wasn't very comfortable. - The thermostat seemed like it wasn't working. I'd change the temperature but it wouldn't take.- The lighting in the main room was kinda harsh, a few lamps would help.- It would have been nice if the kitchen had some basics like coffee / sugar / oil / condiments.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We really appreciate it. We did check the thermostat. Working good. The bed was not situated in the frame correctly, that was strange, but that is fixed. The lights in the living room have a dimmer switch, so can go very bright or you can dim it down. We do supply the basics in the kitchen, they are in the cabinet near the stove. Thanks. Stace

Cozy Deck with a Great View

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My spouse and I (both retired) spent 4 days here while enjoying the Sonoma Coast and nearby Sebastopol. We found the kitchen easy to use and reasonably well stocked. The deck was wonderful as was the hot tub, and the design of the living area was a true selling point and the beds comfortable tho rather soft. Many of the appliances are updated. Other features were much more spartan. There was no curtain in one of the bedrooms to block the neighbor's night-long spotlight; many of the walls are bare and joyless; some of the fixtures are inadequate (1 bedside light for a huge kingsize bed); we never could figure out how to work the drip coffee maker; I've never been in one of these home rentals that did not provide shampoo or an adequate pump or bar of bath soap (There were, however, spare toothbrushes/toothpaste if needed); the propane grill is actually an iron griddle, which we opted not to use. The house and neighborhood was quiet, but it was located very close to the uphill neighbors. The property was easy to find using the directions provided as was access; check-in and check-out were clearly described and easy. In summary, we found the best features of the property to be the deck and its view, and the common room openness and relaxation.

We could have shown you how to use the coffee maker, there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom drawers.
