We really enjoyed this well-appointed and even luxurious home in Sunriver. The location was great, the layout of the house was top notch, and the home had everything you could need from bikes with helmets, an extra fridge, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of great space for hanging out. I love that every bedroom is en suite. We would love to return!

Great Family Reunion Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Besides the 8 adults we also had babies and older kids. The playroom was a gamechanger for the older kids and the really old kids. The home was well built to help eliminate the "extra" noise (e.g., crying babies) as well as the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Well equipped with bikes but there was a shortage of glasses so we needed to do a lot of hand dishwashing.

Amazing time in Bend. The accommodations we terrific. There was plenty of social space for cooking. Eating and hanging around. The place had every amenity. I took one of bikes for a tour of the facility. It was an amazing community. Thanks Scott for a great time with our Family. Russ

Multi-generational family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation area and home for our group of grandparents, adult children, and grandkids ranging from ages 2-19. Something for everyone in our group to do — SHARC, playground, pickleball, river rafting, hiking, biking, shopping, nature center. Access to an onsite fitness center, however, was missed. The home was in good shape and layout was perfect for a big group. Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms all very well supplied with necessities. Fun activity room in the home. Kids loved the pool table, foosball, board games. Some fairly minor issues — patio door latch missing, downstairs towel bar needs to be secured, bikes need maintenance. Instructions on what guests were asked to do for trash, closing, etc. were not consistent among the guest book, whiteboard, and online. Overall, we had a terrific week’s stay!

Family Time 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as viewed in the description and photos. We had 6 adults, 5 kids ages 19-9. Location was great, road bikes to the SHARC and village, teens able to ride to village to get coffee on their own. En Suite bdrm/bath combos really worked for us, made vacation comfortable for all. House was roomy, enjoyed dining table large enough for all, fun pool tournaments in the evening, ping pong while everyone getting bikes in the garage. Nice kitchen, plenty of dishes, etc, all appliances worked great. Laundry room (2 dryers) was very handy. Nice entry bench/hooks inside front door, long bench in garage convenient. Spa worked great, well used, lots of towels for it. BBQ was great, decks nice in late afternoon, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend, would rent again if needed something that large of a house again. Rental agency great to deal with too.

This was the perfect property for our full family of 3 adult children, their spouses and kids. We had 7 adults and 7 kids. The layout of this house gave all the adults a bedroom/bathroom, dorm room for the kids and a spacious rec room. The primary with a pull out was great for the 2 toddlers. Everyone got bikes and SHARC passes. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, and fun games galore. We hope to come back again!
