We stay in Ocean City every year and have for the last 15 years. This was our first trip to Octopus house and we don’t plan to stay anywhere else. The house is in an amazing location, is so clean and has great amenities. We also love that it’s dog friendly. The host is very responsive and the entire process from start to finish is the best we’ve experienced! Also, we love the decor! :)

This place was incredible- we did not want to leave! It was perfect for our 5 person family and 2 dogs. The beds were comfy, the place was spotless, and the whole vibe was so warm and inviting. It is also in the perfect location- the shops that are on the same street are fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The instructions provided on how to enter the property, unlock/lock the doors, and guides on all kinds of amenities, parking info, etc was absolutely perfect. Zero problems! I cannot wait to stay there again! Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful and clean. Beach was futher than expected. Tenants above us were very loud. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I'd definitely book again.

Too expensive

Only had three rolls toilet paper for seven nights and four people, couldn’t get in place right away code didn’t work. Upstairs neighbors so loud and you could hear everything waking us up early every day , beach chairs provided for our unit were broken , and had to park several blocks away . For 5 k felt like we got ripped off

Frank, we promptly brought more toilet paper as soon as you requested it and replaced the broken beach chair as soon as you notified us. If you had informed us about any noise issues with the upstairs guest, we would have been glad to address them. We're sorry to hear that you feel the value of your reservation didn’t meet your expectations, but your experience seems to differ from the positive feedback we've received from other guests.
