CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
-You will be greeted by your host at some point during your check-in day and receive simple and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions.
- You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using the front door smart lock. Your unique code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Getting around by car is the most convenient, but Uber and Lyft are always available. Apollo Beach is close to some of the area’s best places to visit. Downtown Tampa is a quick 35 minutes away where you might catch a concert, go to a theme park, watch one of the professional sporting events, visit the popular riverwalk and market at Armature Works with tons of food vendors, drink options, and outdoor space to enjoy. For beaches, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and Anna Maria Island are each about an hour away with awesome dining, shopping, and entertainment all right on the beach.

- The neighborhood is very quiet and courteous, please be respectful to our neighbors. Due to county ordinance, tenants are to keep the noise down AFTER 10PM. If we receive a call reporting noisy tenants or parties, you will receive a fee or possible removal from the property.
- Only guests on the reservation are permitted overnight.
- The front and back of the home are under video surveillance for your safety and ours.
- NO PETS of any kind are allowed. Doing so will result in a $500 fee for cleaning/sanitization costs.
- DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
- NO MINORS to be left unattended around the patio, pool, or dock area.
- For everyone's safety, we do require you to sign the liability waver upon requesting to book.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
