We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful. The pool and view of the canal was fantastic. The owners were very timely with their communication and were receptive any time we reached out to them. We highly recommend this property!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house! What makes it special for our family is the pool, the dock, and the two shower heads in the master suite! We saw manatees everyday and caught countless fish off the dock. We will be back!

Stu and Kim have a beautiful home and they were great to work with on the reservation. Amenities were fantastic and the property is everything they promise. From the views to the reclining sofas to the sparking pool, we couldn’t pick just one thing that made our vacation special!

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful stay we enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. This was a very nice area and just a short drive to many beaches and attractions. I would recommend this home.

Host was prompt in communication. House was very nice. All rooms were clean and had everything we needed. If in the area again we would stay here a second time. The weather was not great so we did not get to use the pool but the house was cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Great location. Other than the smaller issues like bathroom door lock & toilet flush, which can be fixed easy, the house is awesome find.

Very clean and a fun location.

The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Perfect for our family.

We booked this property two years ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pool was perfect and we spent many hours fishing from the dock. Everything was clean and comfortable and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Clean, well stocked and in a safe location. The pool and deck area was a great place to hang out in between trips to the beach. The owner was communicative and made the sign in/out process easy. My family would certainly come back!

We loved staying at this rental home! It was updated, very clean, and had all we needed for our vacation, even beach chairs for our beach days and pool toys for the kids, a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed fishing on the dock and caught snook and lady fish and saw dolphin and manatee! We didn’t want to leave!

This property was truly a gem. Beautiful remodeled property that featured everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home in a quite neighborhood then this is the place for you!

Great pick for our family
