Welcome to your own private beach neighborhood. Avoid the hassle of crossing the bridges. Use the golf cart to get back and forth easily to the beach. Chairs and boats are locked up on the beach for your use, assuming tides allow it. Enjoy the fenced in yard, outside shower, beautiful patio with fire pit and deck with out side eating area. Roomy TV room in the lower level. EV hookup provided. Spacious kitchen with new appliances. Four bedroom home with two full baths. Central air, new flooring and freshly painted.
New laundry in the lower level for your use as well. Many conveniences nearby.

We had a great weekend staying at Lynn's home. The wedding venue was close as was the beach. The golf cart came in very handy for getting back and forth to beach. The house was so clean and well stocked.We all enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck along with appetizers at night with the deck lights on. Would stay here again definitely.

Awesome Relaxing Stay

Clean well stocked house, with a golf cart to go to the beach. AC throughout the main floor not just a couple units with fans Lyn was a great host always responding in a timely manner.

Private Beach Retreat- Aptly named!

This beautiful and well appointed home provided the perfect base camp for exploring the Plymouth area and for settling in to long lazy beach days. Our host, Lynn is exceptional. The lovely guest touches in the home along with her communicativeness made our stay comfortable and convenient. My family is grateful that Lynn listed her home for the holiday week.
