3 bedroom, 2 bath home with backyard with b-b-ques, patio, flowers. Home is completely redone with new fixtures, furniture, etc. Full kitchen with dishes, Nespresso, Keurig, outdoor b-ques.
Downtown Sonora is approximately 5 blocks away in addition to 2 State Parks and other entertainment including skiing in winter and boating in summer.
