Cozy Bright Park Model, Vibrant 55+ many Amenities

***Please note: 90-night minimum during the January–March high season (this does not require extending your stay into April, and the 90 days can begin in December)***

This age qualified (main guest must be 55+; others 35+) unique place is light and airy, efficient AC! You will stay in the highly desired Mesa Spirit RV Resort with access to all amenities, a vibrant community of hospitable travelers and winter visitors! Located in a convenient area of Mesa with easy access to numerous attractions and activities, many that can be reached without having to get on the freeway. 24/7 courtesy patrol to give you peace of mind. Sleeps 2 in main home; casita can sleep up to 2.

The space
Property is an Elite Park Model in a friendly RV community. The main home is a surprisingly spacious 380sf with a detached 225sf Casita/bonus room with a sofa bed and full bathroom, doubles as a dedicated workspace. The casita is equipped with an efficient mini-split AC/heating. A small shop area is great for those who like to tinker!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire space which includes the main home, casita, and laundry room/shop.

Other things to note:

$25 registration fee per reservation, and $4 badge fee per person applies (subject to change per Mesa Spirit), payable to Mesa Spirit when you register at the office. Rental rate adjusted to compensate for extra fees.

Main home sleeps 2; sofa bed in the casita can accommodate 1-2.

We are close to a busy street and you may hear traffic from the unit.

Please just small loads of laundry at a time. Larger washers and dryers are located in the park.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Main unit AC: set on 85 during warm months; turn off on days under 80 degrees.
Casita mini split: set to highest cool temperature during warm months; off during days under 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The 90-night minimum applies during the January–March high season and does not require extending your stay into April.

We think it's adorable! The detached casita/extra room and spacious porch is favored by visitors and neighbors alike. We are situated on a corner lot which gives a bit more privacy, and that it is North facing protects the living area from the heat.
