We have been VRBO Premier members for over four years with over 175 5 star ratings for our previous two properties. Our beautiful home is your getaway in the heart of Gilbert. Just off the 202 and minutes from Sky Harbor, Salt River Fields, Downtown Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Phoenix. For business or pleasure, you will find our stylishly decorated home has everything you need. The heated pool is right across the street! New floors, carpet, crown molding and plantation shutters make this a one of a kind destination. Simply unpack and relax. Located on a corner lot in a quiet and beautifully maintained neighborhood, stroll along the private sidewalks and enjoy the many parks, volleyball and basketball courts. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an upstairs loft so everyone can find a place to relax. The loft also has a queen sleeper sofa. Did we mention a built in gas BBQ?! Our private and spacious patio has plenty of space for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Beat the heat and park your car in our spacious 2 car garage.

My wife and I have owned two condos in Scottsdale for 5 years and truly enjoy being hosts. We also stay in our home when we are in AZ (we are from Colorado) and ensure the home has everything we would need to be comfortable and simply unpack after a long trip.

We have over 175 5 star ratings on VRBO and Airbnb and love hosting. We have owned this house for 5 years and are confident you will love it as much as we do!

We have two children and use this is our home away from home so we hope you will find it as enjoyable as we do.

Why they chose this property

Charming and well laid out, our home has everything you will need to have a relaxing visit to Gilbert. We chose this house because of the corner lot, beautiful pool across the street, and the greenbelts and parks nearby which provides a sense of solitude and quiet.

Having the pool across the street is like having it in your backyard without the safety and maintenance concerns. 50 steps out the front door and you are in the pool!

The back patio is truly an oasis for groups big and small. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the morning or evening, it's one of our favorite places in the house. The built in gas grill ensures dinner is only minutes away with space for guests to sit and keep the cook company.

We are near San Tan Village, Downtown Gilbert, Top Golf, The Main Event, and Alamo Drafthouse so there is always something to do.
We also love our loft! It's a second living room that helps keep everyone entertained and separate.

We also appreciate the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the two guest bedrooms are on the other, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion.

This is our first property with a garage and it's amazing! Having a car that isn't broiling is a huge advantage.
