Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the stay at Southern Breeze #3. The place was clean and very comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach and everything we needed. We had a great time and it was very reasonably priced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Some of the fees charged are questionable, like cleaning and damage waivers, which seems high for one person staying. Nothing was broken and left the place is great condition.

Excellent location with quick access to the beach, within walking distance, and a short drive to multiple beaches, Pensacola, and Flor-Bama. It had everything we needed for a week-long trip. A spacious bed for me and a little patio in the back, a pull out couch bed that my daughter loved, a small kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

I really love the area. Although our unit was cute, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. It’s a good no frills place to stay for the money but, I always expect clean vents in bathroom and vent in the kitchen. Also someone had splashed something on the bathroom wall like coffee maybe. I think they need new cleaning crew.
