Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels on the quick wash cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Final payment must be made in full at least 10 days prior to your check-in date; otherwise booking will be cancelled and no refunds issued.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and applicable pet fee. Pick up any pet waste and dispose properly, always rinse the turf off after pet use.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
