We enjoyed our time in Orange Beach at Summer House. We have been visiting the area since 1996 and have often stayed at Summer House. You are steps from the beach, nice pool, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would, and probably will, book again in the future.

This was one of our best places to stay at yet! The space was great for my family of 5. The cooking appliances were nicely up to date and was able to cook normal! I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps in the bathroom and kitchen were provided - that was an extra bonus!! Furniture was super comfy to sit on and plenty of seating at the kitchen table. Super accessible to stores on the main road and beach access was great as well. We liked the pool set up - a shallow pool and a deeper pool separated. My only concern is the pool was not cleaned or vacuumed every day. It was tolerable to be in the pool for most of the day.Thank you for a fabulous stay! We love our time in Orange Beach and we are looking forward to next year already!

Phenomenal trip. The condo was lovely. All of the necessities were there. Everything from laundry detergent to beach equipment was there and available. The entire facility was well maintained and clean and the beach was immaculate. From a price perspective, this was one of the most reasonable condos we've ever stayed in. Pools were clean and never overcrowded. The beach was easily accessible and close and there was an abundant number of umbrellas and chairs available for those inclined to rent them. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay! We're hoping to see you again for a late summer extended weekend soon!

Nice condo! Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Loved the available beach toys and towels. Disappointed that parking passes were not included and more expensive than the refund we were given to purchase them. Make sure to check the dryer lint- it was packed full when we got there. Overall would stay here again!

Great condo which was beautifully decorated with a kitchen that was well supplied with cookware. the only downside we experienced was the remodeling of the condo next door it was every load at times.

Wonderful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was just how the listing described. It was very clean, spacious for 6 of us, updated and homelike. It is right on the beach with great views of the ocean. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 mins including the elevator ride. The resorts pool did get crowded as it it a little on the smaller side, but that was no biggie. We would definitely come back again!

Amazing!

I almost hesitate to leave this review, because I don’t want to share this place with anyone else. My sister and I brought our six kids (ages 9 to 19) for a week get away over the holidays. I wish I had taken video of their reactions when we walked in, to capture their excitement at seeing it for the first time. This condo is *stunningly* gorgeous, with bright and tasteful decor, plenty of places to sit, a huge balcony, a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals, TVs in each room, two full bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and even beach towels, and a security monitored parking lot that was super easy to get in and out of. I asked everyone what they liked the most and we all agreed: these are by far the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Each bed also had multiple plush pillows and extra blankets galore. All of them were so cozy. We also loved the indoor pool complex with huge hot tub, pool, sauna and exercise room. There is a house binder that provided us with lots of good information, including local recommendations, places to visit, and even info on the interior designer (job well done!) There were also check out instructions and they were super simple and easy to do. The host, Holly, was so attentive and a delight to work with. I had a few issues with the keypad (total user error) and she was patient and kind while helping me figure it out. If I could write more, I would. WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you, Holly!

Nice condo with spectacular views and great accessibility to the beach. The description was accurate and included all features listed. The pool was large and well kept. It was wonderful having all the beach equipment stored in the balcony shed (wagon, chairs, toys, etc.). Beds were comfortable and well made. Check-in process left us feeling a little uneasy. About an hour before arriving, we had received no information about our access code (one mention on VRBO says access code will be given the day before arrival). I text messaged the number listed on VRBO and found that this person no longer owned the condo (SCARY after minutes before arriving after a 17 hour trip). However, this person was helpful in contacting the correct owner. About 10 minutes before arriving with exhausted kids and hundreds of dollars of groceries, the access code was finally sent via a VRBO message (SCARY). Upon arriving, the condo was not well cleaned. The floors were so filthy that our white socks were instantly black. We started our vacation by mopping the condo. Bathroom cleaning was okay. The beautiful slider looking out to the ocean was completely covered in dirty handprints and grossness (we cleaned this also). The outside of the fridge was soiled with dirty handprints and food. The condition of the VRBO was a little beaten up in places (broken outlet cover in bedroom) and small dents in walls (like most rentals I suppose). Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Gorgeous Condo

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Such a clean and spacious condo.We had everything we needed. So nice to have so many extras in the condo. Was super nice to have all beach items in condo for us to use. Including beach towels that was a extra plus for us not to have to bring any.Highly recommend this beautiful condo. Holly was wonderful to answer anything we needed. Shes top notch.
