Completely remodeled duplex in a peaceful neighborhood with good sized backyard.. Less than 5 minutes from Good Harbor Beach. Surrounded by lakes, dunes, beaches, wineries and golf courses. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby. 20 minutes from Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Nice backyard for kids and adults alike.

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Leelanau peninsula since it's pretty central to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. The property looks freshly renovated and we really enjoyed the kitchen with lots of counter space. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean, with plenty of fresh towels. We would definitely come back!

Comfortable beds, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathrooms looked recently updated. Nice central location in the Leelanau Peninsula for exploring around the area. Just be aware water has sulfur, so bring bottled water. There are air filters and sprays to mitigate the odors but might not be enough for someone sensitive.

Excellent. As advertised. Quiet. Clean. Spacious main area, kitchen and deck. Showers in both bathrooms. I streamed on the smart TV and it worked well. The kitchen is stocked pretty well. The bedrooms are downstairs and smell a little musty but there is definitely no mildew; it's very clean and I had no allergic reactions at all (I'm sensitive to mildew). There are fans in the rooms, and a dehumidifying fan in the laundry room down there, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom down there. I would stay there again.

Perfect Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Cedar, MI! The house was spotless and very spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time together.
