Large table with plenty of space for dining or working remotely. Huge bathroom with shower and massive jacuzzi tub. Well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave convection oven and all of the dishes and cookware you need. Walk right out the slider door to your private patio on the 17th hole. This condo is comfy and cozy all year long. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the condo and patio. Guests have shared access to a picnic area, bbq and a dog run. Parking lot with plenty of parking near the condo entrace. The golf club house is just a few steps away.

You will have contactless access to the condo. As your hosts, we are available by phone, email or text for any questions you have about the space or about the region. We love sharing our favorite restaurant recommendations, hiking spots and wineries, just ask!

Perfect Leelanau County location. Less than 5 minutes away enjoy one of the regions most beautiful beaches, Good Harbor. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, for endless outdoor adventures. Enjoy the nearby towns of Cedar, Leland and Glen Arbor for dining and shopping. Tons of wineries nearby. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Traverse City.

We are open to one night stays on a case by case basis. If you are interested in a one night stay please send us a message with your desired date.
House Rules
1) 4 people max and all guests must be on the reservation
2) If more than 4 people are on the property you will be subject to an immediate cancellation and additional fees
3) No smoking or vaping on the property, including the backyard and back porch. If you smoke you must head outside onto the public parking lot or grass area
4) No events
5) No loud music or other outdoor loud noises between 10pm and 8am
6) Guests are responsible for reimbursement of any broken items
7) For your own safety and our ability to best manage the property, we do have a camera at the front door and a noise monitor inside the home.

Pet Rules:
1) Disclose if you are bringing a dog at the time of booking
2) One dog maximum. Additional dogs, other types of pets (including cats) must be discussed prior to booking and are at the discretion of the host.
3) Dog must be well behaved and not an excessive barker
4) Dogs must go to the bathroom outside and waste must be disposed of immediately
7) Dogs must be leashed when outside
8) No dogs on the furniture
9) If we learn that you are not abiding by these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
10) Guests are responsible for the cost of any pet damage
