In the heart of the North Fork located in a safe, peaceful community, near the best wineries, beaches, farm markets and shopping. Short walk one block to beautiful white private beach on the Great Peconic Bay! A short few minutes by car or bike to lovely town beach with lifeguard, playground, snack bar, newly surfaced tennis and basketball courts, and town boat ramp. Also near marina, and the best of North Fork.

The Hidden Gem

What a wonderful home to stay at. This Gem is tucked away in the trees and bushes. Walking up to this little oasis you find a very peaceful place and once you go inside it's such a beautiful well decorated home. It's such a quiet neighborhood and perfect location to go where ever you need to. Working with Tracy was such a delight and she will make sure your well taken care of. Peaceful and quiet

We are so happy we rented Tracy’s beautiful house for our spring getaway. From the fragrant lilacs blooming to the bunnies hopping through the yard, it was the perfect city escape. Tracy provided everything we needed and was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation Get Away

This lovely home fit all our needs. A beautiful home inside and out. A short walk to the beach and when not at the beach a private back yard with great out door furniture. A lot of love went into making this house the perfect holiday home!

Great location, beach nearby would recommend it for families

Wonderful Beach home

We rented the house for a week in June 2014 in order to attend a wedding and spend some time with family and loved the house! The owner was lovely to work with and was informative and helpful with any questions I had. The house is a block away from the bay in a beautiful quiet area. Perfect for families! Thank you Tracy!

Slice of heaven on the north fork

We had the best time at Tracy's wonderful home. Not only was the house charming, but it was located just a short block from one of the most breathtaking beaches! We can't wait to return again next summer. Thanks for such an amazing week!
