The Space:

Welcome to our charming property that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for families or small groups looking for a cozy retreat. This inviting space features two bedrooms, ensuring ample room for everyone to relax and unwind.



In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, providing a serene haven for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a Twin over a double bunk bed, complete with a twin trundle underneath, offering versatile sleeping arrangements to suit various preferences and needs.



Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our property offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, promising a memorable experience for all. Come and make yourself at home in this delightful retreat!



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home (everything you see in the pictures) as this place is primarily set up for guests.



Other Things to Note:

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

NOTE:

• Please make sure to PUT BACK KEYS INSIDE THE LOCKBOX after your stay —don’t leave them inside the unit.

Guests will be charged for any lost keys or key fobs.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

Cute and clean

Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbor was extremely loud and banging around late into the night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Only thing missing was ice cube trays. Other than that we had a wonderful time beautiful view

The property is so charming and really well renovated for an older building. However, there were many issues that did not allow for a 5 star review. First of all, we waited for an hour plus for property management to send us the code to get into the building. That was an hour wasted. Once we got into the condo we noticed many other issues; trundle bed had sand, long hair and stains all over the sheet, dirty Kleenex under the bed, dirty hand towel left behind on the floor of the bathroom, baseboard heater in the bedroom was laying on the floor, black marks on the walls in the hallway, big sand bug found in the veggie compartment of the fridge, chocolate stuck to the kitchen floor and areas that were obviously not swept. I sent pictures to the management who said they could send someone over to reclean, but by then, I had already changed the sheets and scoured the place clean. Although we did eventually enjoy our stay in this cute place, there we many issues that were so disappointing. For the price, I would have expected better.
