Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor where you can park on the same floor as the condo! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds and two just installed twin sized loft beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom, a sleeper sofa Queen and two twin cots for sleeping up to 18.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70(subject to change) per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful condo

We had an outstanding experience, the condo was beautiful and convenient to everything. It was the most convenient parking garage we have ever had. My only complaint is two of the bathrooms had pedestal sinks and u couldn’t sit anything on them. Everything else was excellent and I would highly recommend it and it was decorated beautifully!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this unit for our three adult children, their spouses and two grandsons (3years & 20 mos. old). The space worked great for us. It was a huge benefit to have parking on the same floor as the condo. We only used the elevator for going to the beach or pool and rarely had to wait. There were shopping carts available to help with loading and unloading our vehicles. You can't beat the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well.The condo was clean and well maintained. As a yearly beach renter, I know to bring sharp knives, a wine opener, an array of utensils, measuring implements and a favorite large pot and skillet. That being said, this was the best stocked kitchen we've seen in years and though I used many of my own items from home, most all the things I needed were already in the condo, including plastic containers for leftovers. With ample storage in the cupboards and drawers, I was able to clear out a drawer and cabinet space for my things too. There were few drawbacks to this great rental. First I would put some felt cushions under the kitchen chairs. Moving them was quite loud. That's actually the only noise we heard from an adjoining unit. The back bedroom has a fan, but still slept a little warmer than the rest of the rooms, so put your guest who is always cold in that one. The bedrooms had night stands, but the only bedroom with a dresser was the primary, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase or use a closet shelf for items you can't hang. Once the kids went to sleep everyone else had to keep it down as sound carried throughout. Our early risers made great use of the balcony so as not to wake the others.All in all, this condo was an excellent choice. We enjoyed the location within the building, to the beach and how close it was to shopping and attractions. I would give it a 9 out of 10 for sure and would definitely rent it again!
