This home was lovely, very modern with beautiful finishes. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location was super convenient. We walked downtown to Gemini Bakery or giftshops, and to dinner at the Bethel Inn. The location is also the reason I would NOT rent this house again, sadly. The daily traffic noise going right by the front door was an issue. It did get quiet at night thankfully...except when the TRAIN came thru two times in the middle of the night, blaring the horn (tracks are across the street). The house was very clean, with the exception of the downstairs bathroom...my brother had to clean the toilet. There was a fair amount of dust, as if maybe the house hadn't been rented in awhile?? Just a suggestion...the living room sofa is not comfy, at all. It's not deep enough and the leather/pleather is so slippery, we found ourselves constantly sliding off. Definitely not a "curl up and get cozy" couch. And a table lamp or two would be SO much better in the living room, so you wouldn't have to use the dreadful overhead lighting.Again, beautiful home, great location...except for the noise.
