Beautiful condo- newly renovated in 'mountain style' but in a way that's tasteful and modern, not kitchy. Super clean with everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer! Also, the management company replied immediately when I reached out about something. Would highly recommend and plan to return :)

Perfect Stay

Everything from the location, cleanliness and amenities of this rental were perfect. It is just as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. The property managers provided excellent and extensive recommendations on restaurants, local hikes and things to do in the area. We were so happy we decided to stay in Canmore instead of Banff - it was a much more relaxing place to be away from all the tourists and a short drive to all the sights. We highly recommend this property.

The hosts were very accommodating and treated us the way we would treat guests if we had a place to rent. This is a beautiful, clean suite in a great location and we will certainly be back. Beds and furniture is comfortable, and everything you need is there. They genuinely care that their guests have a great experience and they certainly came through.

Just okay

There were so things we loved about this place. The beds for one are great. The outdoor pool was nice. The hot tubs are small and crowded, but we did enjoy them anyhow. The location is close to the highway And for the most part it was pretty quiet. I thought based on pictures we would enter through the front, but it ends up you walk down an old hallway just like a hotel. The room wasn’t ready for us when we got there. I know stuff happens, but that was a first for us using vbro. I also had to dry and put dishes away which I’ve never had to do. We ended up having some issues with using dirty dishes, which was a bummer. I ended up throwing some food out. The one bed was loud when you moved in it and often woke my kids up. The kitchen dishes were in rough shape and there wasn’t any foil or Saran Wrap or anything which we usually have at other places. I would say it was okay. Next time, I would probably try something new.

The property was not "ready" because we had to go back in and rehang the shower curtain that was washed between guests. This guest did not inform us of any of these "issues" during her stay and if she had they would have been rectified immediately. There are 3 hot tubs on site and a large heated pool so if one of the hot tubs was crowded she could have tried a different one. We walked through the property after receiving this review and think this guest was just lashing out because we couldn't give her early checkin. This review is not accurate, please refer to the many 5 star reviews for this property.
