We love it's local charm, exquisite dining options, proximity to the beach, great saltwater fishing, and of course the white sandy beaches and world renown sunsets! We're from the Athens GA area and have servant hearts by trade, thus the opportunity to host is truly a blessing in many ways for us. We have traveled all over the world and appreciate the finer things in life. You'll witness this in our attention to detail as we attempt to make your vacation an unforgettable experience that has you craving for a return!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood, very simply, because we can throw on our flip flops and walk to the beach in a minute and half. It's quiet, no condos anywhere, and the backyard is extremely lush with local vegetation. It allows for a very serene outdoor experience and perfectly situated to obtain maximum sun all day long if desired. When it's too hot, the double lanai's provide the perfect hiding spot to chill under the fans, have a drink, and watch one of the 2 tv's in the Lanai's.
Our home is a walk or bike ride to all of the restaurants and shops and piers you need both on the North and South side of the island. Very Very Convenient!!!
